Welcome to our website. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Unlimited shop website. By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Payment

Payments online are processed through PayPal, a secure and well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a paypal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order with us you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction.

Delivery

All our prints are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in robust cardboard tubes. Your order will usually be dispatched within 7 working days of payment. It is extremely rare that a product is out of stock, but if so we’ll inform you immediately by e-mail if there is likely to be a delay.

UK Deliveries

We want to be transparent about our postal charges and not hide them in the price of what you are buying and claim free postage!... Our delivery charges generally range from £2.50 to £7.50 per order, depending on whether it be a postacrd or a print you are purchasing, and this includes both packaging and postage. Your order will be sent by either by courier using the Parcel Force service or Royal Mail Special Delivery and a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.

If the package isn’t signed for, it will be returned to your local post office for collection. If it is not collected, it will be returned to us. We are happy to resend items but we would ask you to pay for the postage costs of resending the parcel.

There is also the option of no delivery charge being added if you collect in person from our Brighton studio.

Overseas deliveries

We are happy to send our prints around the world. Our packaging and shipping charges are £20 for Europe and £30 for everywhere else. For international items we use 'Airsure' or 'International Signed For' service, so items will need a signature on arrival.

Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.

All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT.

Gift voucher policy

You can use your gift voucher both online (by entering your unique voucher code at the checkout) or in our Brighton studio shop. A voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue (featured on the voucher). Vouchers are available in £ sterling only and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Unlimited has no liability for lost or stolen gift vouchers once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at the time of delivery. Vouchers must be checked within 3 days of receipt as any mistakes cannot be rectified after this time. If there is a mistake with your voucher, please call us on 01273 818 979 within these 3 days. Vouchers which are defaced, altered or expired cannot be redeemed. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions at any time.

Returns

Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Act you are entitled to a full refund, provided the item is returned within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please make sure you return the item in its original condition and packaging. We’d be grateful if you could pop in a note stating the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you choose to exchange for an item of lesser value you will be given store credit.

Delivery charges and returned postage will not be refunded. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Breakages and damaged items

Please retain your proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used. You may be contacted by a member of the Royal Mail as part of their insurance process. Please wait for our instructions before returning the item to us.

Lost items

If your item does not arrive within 10 working days of your order and you have not received correspondence from Unlimited informing you of a delay in delivery please contact us. Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to Royal Mail.

Disclaimer

Hand pulled screen prints: we have endeavoured to give an accurate likeness of the colour and quality of the print. Each one is unique and reproduction may vary slightly due to the nature of the printing process.

Some computer monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen, as often the images are photographic representations of the artwork. Prints may have small variations in colour or pattern from the image on the the website, due to the nature of some of the printing processes used.
